In-Stock
Items entered before 12:00 CST will
be shipped out the same day.
Out-of-Stock Items will be shipped in 4 days (Most
items are in stock).
Split Shipments – (for orders with stock
and non-stock items)
If you would like in-stock items to ship separately (1 day) from
non-stock items we offer the ability to split shipments.
The Shopping Cart notes the shipping time for each line item ordered.
During the Shipping Selection process you can choose to split shipments
or ship items complete. The shipping date is clearly shown for each
option you select.
Split shipments will have two separate freight charges.
Shipping Choices –
UPS Ground – UPS two-day – UPS One Day - Common Carrier.
The price of each option is given before you check out.
Based upon your options selected we will estimate the approximate
time you should expect your order.
Complete Shipment Guarantee –
100% of your order will be shipped complete as you indicated. If
for any reason we can only ship part of your order – items
backordered will be shipped free of charge and the cost of products
will be credited to your account for future purchases.
Order Tracking -
A shipper tracking number will be emailed to you within 12 hours
of your order shipping.
You can access the tracking status of your order through this Web-site
using your account number.
SECURITY

Security of your on-line transaction –
All transactions are taken over a secure server connection. You
may note the https in the URL of our order submission page. This
means that your information is not accessible to anyone else. All
transactions are fully encrypted through PGP Business Security.
PGP allows us to encrypt all information being transmitted to Flat
Stock Express. Encryption is a process of "scrambling"
a message into meaningless characters and numbers, and decrypting
is the process of "unscrambling" these messages. Only
people with the "Key" to the encryption are allowed to
decrypt the information. Only FSE has this key. Customers on a global
scale can shop privately, confidently and securely.
Passwords
–
Flat Stock Express uses user account numbers and passwords for two
main reasons: 1) Account numbers and passwords provide security
for your account information. No one can view your information without
the correct account number and password. When you pick a password
choose something that only you know and that others cannot easily
guess. 2) Account numbers and passwords make it easy for you (and
only you) to view your account information and to check faster next
time you visit FSE. If you forget your account number or password,
please contact FSE by calling 1-866-692-3477 or 615-874-0500.
PRIVACY

We only collect the information we need to provide the specific
service that you've requested.
To make a purchase, your name, address, phone number, e-mail and
credit card information are necessary in getting you your product
quickly and accurately.
You will receive E-Mail Broadcast Specials unless you contact us
at customerservice@flatstockexpress.com
to request not to receive special offers.
Your e-mail address is 100% safe and secure...we will never sell,
trade or share it with anyone.
RETURNS

Standard Products may be returned for full credit, for any reason.
Email us at returns@flatstockexpress.com
to request a return goods authorization (RGA) number.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that
you insure the items when shipping.
You will receive a full product credit towards the purchase of other
products if items pass inspection.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
This offer applies to items that are not damaged and are included
with the original wrapping and packaging.
Special size products may not be returned, unless proven to be defective
in size or grade.
Claims need to be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of material.
If product does not meet the quality standards as depicted in our
tolerance specifications, we will incur freight charges and replace
any defective products.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original wrapping, packaging
and materials.
Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box
of the returned item.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Charge occurs at time of order.
Open Account –
To be on open account, please fill out our on line credit application.
Based upon your credit and payment history we will consider all
customers for open account sales.
Approval notice will be sent via email.
